Christian Record Services, Inc. is pleased to announce new job titles for two current employees.
Marci Baker is now Assistant Director of Development. As Assistant Director, she stewards the gifts Christian Record Services receives from nearly 7,000 donors each year and makes sure donors are acknowledged promptly for their kind support. In addition, she helps communicate the impact of donors’ gifts by writing stories for the National Camps for Blind Children bi-monthly newsletter. Baker has worked at the Lincoln-based ministry for the past six years.
Brian Carlson was promoted to Director of Communication. In this new position, he will guide the internal and external communication for Christian Record Services. From generating awareness via social media posts, press releases, content for the website, and communication strategies with members and supporters throughout North America and the world, Carlson tells the story of Christian Record Services and the array of programs and services offered to members. Carlson has served the Lincoln-based ministry for a total of four years over two different stints.
“I’m extremely thankful for the many contributions these two employees carry out with passion and excellence each day as they fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to our mission,” stated Diane Thurber, president.
